The RMGT 10 Series is a high-throughput, full-size machine able to produce high-quality commercial products, as well as color-dominant short-run jobs with fast make-readies and consistent repeatability.

SimulChanger
Operators with the RMGT 10 series can enjoy a more seamless process in a variety of ways. While the previous job is running, from the operation stand for plate changes can be set by the operator in 70 seconds. Without the need to bend the plate before mounting the bender’ less plate clamping system shows its value in contributing towards producing a high rate of short-run jobs with plate changes.

Single belt-type brush-less feeder
Smooth sheet feeding is made possible with registration and accuracy with the single vacuum hold-down belt and brush and rubber-less feeder board.

Dependent on the type of image to be printed, the dampening solution is optimized for on-the-run mode changeability. There are 3 modes for ink coverage needs: Semi-AD , AD and ITD.

Lower heat emissions and power consumption is provided through LED-UV curing unit.

The RMGT 10 series is available within the 1020, 1050 and 1060 model. These models each have 4 configurations: ST (straight press), LX (wide stock range press), TP (tandem perfector), PF (convertible perfector).
The RMGT 1060, is the latest model in the RMGT 10 series available in North America. This high-performing sheetfed press is ideal for both commercial and packaging applications, offering a lower cost of ownership in comparison to the market of similar presses. The RMGT 1060 prints at an impressive speed of 17,100 sheets per hour and allows for a sheet size of up to 750 mm by 1,060 mm with a maximum thickness of 1.0 mm.

The press offers direct flute printing capabilities while using a static eliminator powered by an electrical corona discharge for steady, uninterrupted feeder. Reduced makeready time is achieved via the SimulChanger function by performing automatic plate changing simultaneously along with a function to quickly and efficiently clean the machine’s ink, blanket and impressions cylinders washup sequence. A stainless Polygon vacuum wheel at the delivery slows down the sheet for a clean pile.

​The press also boasts its own Internet of Things with the Press Information Cloud (PIC) and the Press Information Edge (PIE). These cloud-based management systems provide users with the ability to collect and review data while analyzing and adjusting the machine’s components when necessary. An alert system indicating when consumables need to be replaced or when certain parts of the press are due for routine maintenance can be programed into the cloud. This will ensure consistency with every printed sheet.

The Printing Quality Control System (PQS-D) provides an inspection function, a print density tracking function and an automatic register adjustment function to ensure accurate color and automatic changeover for continuous printing. The RMGT 1060 offers optional features including automatic nonstop logistics feeder, LED-UV drying system and a delivery shutter – all at an affordable price.
